On Tuesday 28 October, Air Traffic Control the Netherlands has implemented a
new system for filing flight plan messages and getting pre-flight briefings, called Amsterdam Integrated Briefing, or AIB.
You may access AIB at this website (button FPL and Briefing), but also at www.selfbriefing.nl and www.homebriefing.nl.
Use of the system will however be limited to:
- Pilots with a valid pilot license and who reside in The Netherlands.
- Organisations active in the aviation industry, such as flight schools, aircraft operators and dispatchers, and based in the Netherlands.
If these conditions do not apply to you, we refer to your national ARO for filing flight plan messages.

Aeronautical information is just a click away - the AIS
publications button gives instant access to the Dutch eAIP, including SUPs and AICs.
No registration is needed for this access.
Operational help desk
Special flights can be reported online on the OHD website. This site also contains information
about annual airspace closures.
